A Flower in Bloom

Blossom Kinetic Chandelier explores the relationship between botanical form, brass metalwork and gentle mechanical motion through a suspended lighting sculpture inspired by an opening lotus.

Curved brass petals fan outward from a central stem in tiered, layered rows, mimicking the natural silhouette of a flower head caught mid-bloom. Suspended at varying drop heights and hung in a clustered arrangement, the fixtures create a floating, organic composition overhead — each one catching and reflecting light differently across its curved, faceted petals.

Designed with a kinetic opening-and-closing action, the petals gently unfurl and retract like a flower responding to light, animating the fixture with slow, lifelike movement rather than remaining a fixed decorative form.

Rather than functioning as a conventional pendant light, the piece acts as a living light sculpture—using warm brass form and gentle kinetic bloom to bring movement, elegance and a sense of nature to any ceiling or entryway.
